In order to excel when providing a business with the best IT and Telecoms solution, a structured process that includes multiple phases is needed:
• Survey
• Solution Design
• Installation
• Training
• Incubation

Business Phone System Installations
We manage everything for you from start to finish, with a dedicated Rock person handling everything involved in installing a phone system. Your business will have a worry free service with a minimum amount of disruption.

Rock provides the installation and setup of your new phone system, but also training, consultation over the features and continual service and support afterwards. Will every supplier provide a comprehensive installation package including testing of the phone system and training?

Step 6 – Training and account management

Rock employ in-house engineers, and provide onsite training.

Step 1 – Initial Site Visit

Our technical experts come to your business and design the solution from this point on, assessing everything from physical infrastructure to call plans and hunt groups.

Step 2 – Project Planning

Rock build robust project plans, making sure that nothing is rushed and steps are followed to completion.

Step 5 – Order

CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) is ordered via the provisioning team. Details of which are taken from the solution design. Project Manager will arrange all GTN & CTN porting.

Step 4 – Porting

We will arrange all the number porting. GTN (fixed numbers) & CTN (mobile numbers) porting. requirements.

Step 3 – Survey

Rock carry out onsite surveys for the majority of our services, following on from your initial dicussions with our team.
