Rock Networks - Process

Here at Rock we believe our process is what sets us above our competitors, the outline below shows how our team service our clients step by step.

At Rock we value the need to use the correct process in any project we deliver, using the right tools, systems and people.

In order to excel when providing a business with the best IT and Telecoms solution, a structured process that includes multiple phases is needed:

  • Start
  • Plan
  • Execute
  • Monitor and Control
  • Close

When delivering a One Net Business project for example, we have developed a robust project plan that brings all parties together in an organised and effective way.  Suppliers and Partners such as BT and Vodafone are large organisations, who can be difficult to manage; which is why Rock has built the best possible relationships with its partners in order to minimise the pain for our business customers.

Its also key that we arrange experts onsite for our projects, ensuring that the setup and delivery is done by the right people with the right skills on One Net Business or Hosted Telecom solutions.
